The Church Planter's Institute Beginning with Module 1 "Becoming a Follower of Jesus" on March , 2021 we will be launching The Church Planters' Institute Online our Institute in our Office at suite 208 2386 Haines Road, Mississauga L4Y 1Y6 Once a month we will hold Modular Studies workshops intended to train church planting pastors how to lead and guide the flock. We will be starting at 9 am and will be enjoying worship, sharing, and teaching for Church Planters and their teams, as well as some updates on Church Planting. The Curriculum is the Pastoral Training Program. This new church format is for those who are preparing to begin, or who have begun a church plant, and it is also for those wishing to complete their course for Spiritual Care Worker. Dr. Ron Morin will be leading this new church for Church Planters. Because of its nature, it is focussed on the vision of preparing people for practical ministry. At the Church Planter's Institute you will learn theology, bible, practical guides and instructions, and other essentials the way they are taught in a church and not from a seminary. What the GTA needs - What Canada needs - is a church planting revival. We need to do church in a way that is relevant and appealing to the people God has called you to reach. Are YOU a church planter? If you are, then you are probably trying to figure out a lot of things. Maybe you have already started. Maybe you are praying about starting and seeking direction and information. Maybe you need a mentor. Maybe you are gathering a team together and you need to figure out where to start and how to figure out how to go about planting a church.
For 35 years I have been planting churches. Multicultural Churches. Ethnic Churches. Denominational Churches. Independent Churches. Urban Churches. Suburban Churches. Rural Churches. In Canada, Brazil, Argentina.... I have been helping people realize their call through teaching, training, mentoring, and encouraging with seminars, ideas, contacts, and perspective. Maybe I can help you.
We are building a team of church planting specialists and we are determined to start a church planting revival in Canada. Coast to coast we want to offer help to people who have a call of God to create church communities. What is your vision for your church? I want to know because church is an ever-changing thing.
Just as sure as people change, the face of church changes. And we need to be obedient to the what God is challenging us to do. What is your concept of church? How does church happen for you? Everything is on the table and we need to take a new look at what church is going to mean. Let's do church!
